Frequently asked questions
What does "keep you in charge" mean in practice?
Our AI proposes and explains; a person reviews and approves before anything happens. Nothing is sent, changed, or run in your name without that step.
Where does our data go?
As little distance as possible. We favor models you can run on hardware you control, and our assistants work within the permissions your systems already enforce rather than copying data somewhere new.
Can an assistant see things an employee is not allowed to see?
No. We design assistants to act with the access of the person they assist, so your existing permissions decide what they can read and do.
Do we need a data science team to get started?
No. We build, integrate, and support the assistant. Your team needs to know the workflow, not the models.
Is your software open source?
Some of it. ThetaTerm and ThetaServe are open source under Apache-2.0, so you can see exactly how we build before working with us. Each product page says whether it is open or closed source.
Will AI replace our employees?
Our assistants are built to work for a person, not instead of one. They take on repetitive work and keep context, while the person stays responsible for every decision.
How quickly can we see something working?
A proof of concept puts a working assistant in front of real users on one workflow. We agree on the timeline and what success looks like before work begins.
Do you work with small and mid-sized organizations?
Yes. We scale our approach to fit your size and budget.
